Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 2/25/2025, as a part of the licensure period. The on-site inspection began at 12:45pm and ended at 2:23pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 15 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 4 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site.
This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

When food is brought from home the food container must be clearly dated and labeled in a way that identifies the owner.

Only 1 of 15 of the children's food containers in the preschool/preK classrooms dated.
4:11 containers of food brought from home in the preK classrooms and 2:4 were not labeled to identify the owner.
Plan of Correction: Director to discuss need/protocoal for name and date labels on food brought from home to be done either by parent or staff upon arrival.
