Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated on 3/3/2025 and completed on 3/3/2025, as a part of an Intensive Plan of Correction (IPOC). The Department requested that the provider complete an IPOC as result of the 11/18/2024 inspection related to Operational
Responsibility and Supervision of Children. The on-site inspection began at 9:10 am and ended at 9:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were (59) children present and (19) staff. No children or staff records were reviewed.
