-Classroom #6 had hand sanitizer unlocked and within reach of children on a teacher?s desk and 3 full bottles within reach inside of a cubby.
-An unlocked bin of cleaning supplies was present on top of the children?s cubby area in the hallway outside of Classroom #6.
