Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted from 11:00 am pm to 12:05 pm. At the time of entrance, 6 children totaling were in care with the assistant provider totaling 14 points. The provider returned after transporting a sick child home during this inspection. The record sample size consisted of 4 children's records and the provider's record and the assistant's record. The children in care were observed engaging with the assistant provider, participating in music and movement and free play. There have been no injuries since the last inspection and no medications are being administered at this time. Areas of noncompliance are noted in the violation narrative and were discussed with the provider during the exit meeting at the conclusion of the inspection.
