A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/21/2024. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI inspection. The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice and discussed during the exit interview.

Repeat Violation
All staff who work directly with children shall have within 90 days of the date of employment or 90 days from subsidy vendor approval current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care. Staff #4, who has been employed for 14 months does not have current CPR certification.
