Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted today beginning at 12:55pm. There were 3 children in care, along with the Provider/vendor's own son, for a total of 13 points. The children were observed eating lunch, watching shows, playing with toys, and being held. Children's records, caregiver records, evacuation drills, emergency materials and the daycare space were reviewed. The exit interview was conducted with the vendor/provider.
