Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia. The Licensing Inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 6/15/2021. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to the allegations of supervision, napping and soiled clothing. The information gathered during this investigation does not support the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be not valid.
