Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 31 2022 between 11:30am and 12:30pm. There were 11 children in the direct care of the provider and an assistant. Child records, household records, evacuation drills, the emergency plan, and the physical plant were observed and inspected. Children were observed eating lunch, cleaning up from lunch, washing hands, reading, and preparing for nap. There were no violations observed during this inspection.
