Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on June 12 2023 between 9:30am and 10;30am. There were 4 child care children and 2 provider children (13 points) in the care of the provider. Children were observed reading books and playing with toys. A violation is listed on the violation notice.
