The diapering area shall have a nonabsorbent surface for diapering.
The diaper surface in two classrooms were no longer non-absorbent. A crack was observed on the outer edge of one surface and a crack was observed in the middle of another surface.

Plan of Correction: Both diaper surface pads were removed and replaced with new surface pads.
