Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/10/2021. The Owner and Director were contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 58 children present, ranging in ages from infant to Pre-K, with 9 direct care staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A sample of three children records and 2 newly hired staff records were reviewed as well as emergency preparation, trainings for staff and the playground. Infant care and children on the playground were observed. One emergency medication storage and authorization was reviewed. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued. Feel free to contact me if you need any assistance.
