Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 6/11/2024 at approximately 10:20am and concluded on 6/11/2024 at approximately 11:50am. There were a total of 63 children with 11 staff members present. Children were observed singing together, lining up for the playground, playing on the playground, washing hands, and participating in circle time. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 child records and 6 staff records were reviewed. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
