Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, interview, and a virtual tour of the program.

A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) was initiated on and concluded on February 8, 2022. The Vendor stated there are no children enrolled and have not been enrolled since March, 2020. The Vendor has taken and showed training documents. The Vendor's first Aid/CPR is also current. A code compliance inspection was also conducted on this date.
