An unannounced SHSI was conducted from 2 PM- 3:00 PM. The Vendor stated she has not had a child enrolled for two years. The Vendor has taken training courses and kept TB screening, First Aid/CPR, and Emergency Plan current. Items discussed included set up of space and maintenance of the areas.
