A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted today between 11:45am and 12:30pm. There are no children receiving care by the vendor. The physical plant, polices and procedures, emergency supplies and procedures, emergency drills, and the vendor/provider's record were reviewed. An exit interview was conducted with the vendor. Plan of Correction: Since we don't have any children in care I didn't know we needed to have the plan completed. We will complete the plan and make sure it is updated annually.
