Inspector Notes

An SHSI monitoring inspection was initiated on 10/13/2022 and concluded on 10/13/2022. There were 0 children present. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of two child records and one staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 11:00 am and concluded at 11:40 am.
We discussed that completion of the 16 hours of required training will take place before December 31, 2022.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
