The licensing inspector for Smart Start Learning Center conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on 05/11/2022. Interviews were conducted with three staff relating to the allegations of behavior
management and safe sleep practices. The information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation, so the complaint is determined to be ?not valid.? No violations were found resulting from this complaint investigation.
