Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on May 25 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 10:30 am through 12:45 pm. Upon arrival, there were 18 children ranging in ages from 8 months through 5 with 4 staff supervising. Three children records and three staff records were reviewed and update.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found.
