Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on August 31, 2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 11:15 am through 1:00 pm. Upon arrival, there were 17 children 3 staff supervising. Three children records and three staff records were reviewed and updated.
A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found.
