Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on June 7, 2023, to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This on-site visit was conducted from 10:40 a.m. through 12:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 12 children with 4 staff supervising. Five children records and four staff records were reviewed.
A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
