A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on December 12, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Based on record review, the center failed to have two staff members with current certification in CPR.
Evidence:
1. Four staff records were reviewed.
2. Staff #1 and Staff #4 did not have documentation of current CPR certification.
3. Staff #1's CPR certificate was not from an organization accepted by licensing standards.
4. Staff #4's CPR certificate had expired 11/13/2023.
5. Administration confirmed Staff #1 and Staff #4 did not have current CPR.
