Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on June 11, 2024 from 10:30 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 17 children, ages 5 months through 7 in the care of 4 staff.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children and 4 staff records were reviewed.
A licensing code compliance inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
