The inspection findings have been updated as a result of a first step review completed on 10/14/2022.
An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on 8/19/22 at 2pm in response to a complaint that was received by the Virginia Department of Social Services, Licensing Division. Interviews were conducted in cooperation with Prince William County CPS; with staff, parents and children, relating to allegations of Behavioral Guidance and Supervision. Based upon a preponderance of evidence, the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations and the complaint is determined to be not valid.
