An unannounced inspection was initiated on and completed on February 27, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on February 19, 2025 relating to allegations of . preventing the spread of disease. The inspector reviewed one staff records on-site on February 27, 2025. This inspection included interviews and record review. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
