Inspector Notes
An unannounced inspection was initiated on February 3, 2026 and completed on February 4, 2026 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on January 20, 2026 relating to parental involvement, confidentiality, and center's policies and procedures not being followed. This inspection included interviews, and document review. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
