Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/20/2024 from 12:45 AM to 2:00 PM. There were eight children in present and 22 children on a fieldtrip, ranging in ages from five months to twelve years, with seven staff. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, and special care and emergencies. A total of five children?s records, and the four staff?s records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
