Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on 10/29/2024 and completed on 10/29/2024. The on-site inspection began at 3:00 PM and ended at 4:25 PM. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 31 children present and five staff. All other staff records were reviewed for updates. None were needed at this time. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and three staff records on-site.
This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
