Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site renewal inspection was initiated on April 4, 2025 and completed on April 4, 2025 The on-site inspection began at 9:25 a.m. and ended at 10:15 a.m.. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were four children present and two staff. The inspector reviewed five children?s records and two staff records electronically on April 7, 2025. This inspection included tour of facility, observations, interviews, and record review. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
