Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety inspection was conducted on 12/15/2021 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 8 children, ages 19 months-3 years totaling 18 points, and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector observed the following: learning activities and free choice activities. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver records, 2 household member records and 2 pet records. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
