Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 06/02/2022. There were 11 children, ages 14 months- 4 years, totaling 26 points and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver records and 1 household member's records were reviewed. The children were observed in learning time and center play. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:30 am and departed at 11:00 am.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
