8VAC20-790 SUBSIDY REGULATIONS.
Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 06/02/2022. There were 11 children, ages 14 months- 4 years, totaling 26 points and 2 caregivers present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 5 children?s records, 2 caregiver records and 1 household member?s records were reviewed. The children were observed in learning time and center play. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:30 am and departed at 11:00 am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not cover in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
