Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 6/16/2023. There were 7 children, ages 11 months-5 years, totaling 18 points, 2 caregivers and 1 household member present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records and 1 pet record were reviewed. The children were observed during circle time and center time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:00am and departed at 10:50am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
