Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 12/14/2023. There were 10 children, ages 7 months-4 years, totaling 27 points, 3 caregivers and 1 household member present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, environment and equipment, preventing the spread of disease, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 children?s records , 1 provider record, 1 assistant record and 2 pet records were reviewed. The children were observed during circle time. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:40am and departed at 11:43am.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
