Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 2/16/2022 from 11:00am-12:00pm. There were 3 children (8 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 2 children?s records, 3 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed playing freely and eating lunch. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

4Evidence:
In the programming area, an area of 3 inches in diameter of peeling paint was observed next to the door that leads to the second floor.
Evidence:
A can of deodorizer spray was observed accessible to children, in the programming area sitting on top of the children's kitchen set.
Evening.
The provider confirmed that a gate that was leaning next to the stairs that lead to the home's deck is used as a protective barrier when the children play outside.
Evidence:
Child #1's record is missing the mother's work phone number, the medical insurance policy number and one emergency contact.
Child #2's record is missing the mother's work phone number.
