Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today from 2:40pm-3:50pm. There were 5 children (15 points) directly supervised by the provider. The home, 1 staff record, 5 children?s records, 4 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed napping and transitioning to snack time. Handwashing procedures were also observed. There was an adequate supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
