Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was conducted on September 19, 2022, from 12:30pm to approximately 1:25pm in response to a complaint that was received by the department on September 14/2022, regarding allegations in the care of the children at the center. Staff were interviewed, documentation was reviewed, classroom observations were completed, and a tour of the facility was conducted. The evidence gathered during the investigation did not support the allegations of non-compliance with standards or law. No violations were issued.
