Inspector Notes

An unannounced inspection was initiated on September 17, 2025 and completed on September 17, 2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on July 21, 2025 relating to allegations of special care provisions and emergencies. The inspector reviewed 5 child?s record and 5 staff record on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
