Inspector Notes
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 05/26/2022, between the hours of 10 am to 3 pm. There were 134 children present, ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 25 staff supervising across 11 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 20 children records, and 26 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined that there was (1) one non-compliance with an applicable standard. This violation was documented on the Violation Notice issued to the center.

1Evidence -
1. On the date of inspection (05/26/2022), a cabinet within the Toddler Room, had a handle that was not secured, but moved in place.
2. This cabinet was located in the bathroom area next to the gate.
3. It appears that a screw was missing; allowing the bottom of the handle to swing back and forth.
