Inspector Notes
This renewal inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 12/09/2022, between the hours of 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. There were 130 children present, ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 20 staff supervising, across 11 separate classrooms. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 11 children records, and 10 new staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
