Inspector Notes

The following inspection took place on 04/06/2023, and 04/07/2023. The Licensing Inspector (LI) met with the staff of Primrose School of Aldie located in near Aldie, Virginia. This unannounced Non-mandated Monitoring Inspection (NMI) was conducted as a result of a self-reported injury that allegedly occurred on site at the child day center and was reported by the center to the Office of Child Care Health and Safety (Fairfax).

All available facts and information gathered during the inspection indicated that no violations with any applicable standard, code, and/or law could be determined. Therefore, a Violations Notice was not issued.
