Inspector Notes
This monitoring inspection was initiated by licensing staff and concluded on 12/07/2023, between the hours of 9:45 am to 1:15 pm. There were 114 children present, ranging from infant to preschool-age, with 21 staff supervising, across 11 separate classrooms. The children were engaged in the following: center activities within their classroom, art, writing, computer skills, story time, infant sleeping, diaper changing, hand washing, music, lunch, naptime, and other organized activities. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration; physical plant; staffing and supervision; programming; medication; special care and emergencies; and nutrition. A total of 10 children records, and 7 staff records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined that there was not a violation to an applicable standard, code, and/or law. Therefore, a Violation Notice was not issued.
