Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, and a virtual tour of the program.

A modification inspection was initiated on 9/1/2021 and concluded on 9/1/2021. The director was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. The inspector reviewed physical plant, staffing and supervision, special care and emergencies and equipment and supplies to accommodate the requested age range of 1 year to 5 years.
