A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.

Based on record review, all staff who work directly with children had not completed the Virginia Preservice Training for Child Care Staff within 90 days.

based on record review, staff did not have current certification in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) appropriate to the ages of children in care within 90 days of hire.
