Inspector Notes

An announced inspection was completed on 7/26/2022 in response to a planned relocation of the licensed program. The childcare is located on the lower level of the three level townhouse. The home and outside area was inspected. The emergency preparedness plan has been updated to the new location. There were a total of 5 children (18 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were observed sleeping in their cribs. A total of 1 new child record and 2 household member records were updated. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law.
