Inspector Notes

A renewal inspection was initiated on 7/3/2023 and concluded on 7/3/2023. There were a total of 5 children (16 points) observed with 2 caregivers present. The children were engaged in the following: toy play, manipulatives and puzzles. The home, 3 child records, 3 caregiver/household member records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and attendance were inspected. Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. Based on a review of household record and provider interview, a central registry search has not been obtained for a household member residing in the home that is 14 years old.
Evidence: Household #1, date of birth 1/26/2009 does not have a result for central registry search.
Plan of Correction: The provider will complete the document for the central registry search today. The results will be emailed to the licensing inspector once received.
