An unannounced inspection was initiated on 2/11/2025 and completed on 2/11/2025 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 2/10/2025 relating to allegations of Care of Children. The inspector reviewed (2) children?s records. This inspection included document review, and interviews.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
