A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/5/2022 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 1:05pm and ended at 1:50pm. There was 1 caregiver with 5 children (14 points) at the time of the visit. At the start of the inspection, children were observed taking a nap. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, evacuation drill log were reviewed. The physical plant and playground were inspected. There were no medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
