Inspector Notes
An announced Initial inspection was conducted today beginning at 11:10am due to the family day home relocating. There were no children (0 points) with Provider present today. Provider and 2 household members records were reviewed and found complete. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the children currently in care. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 7 children. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified. No violations were found today. Thank you for your cooperation.
