Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/25/2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There was 1 Provider with no children at the time of the visit. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, and the new home were reviewed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
