Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted April 28 2023 between 10:45am and 11:45am. There were 3 children in the care of the provider. Children were observed playing with toys and reading books. A review of the physical plant, child records, training hours, medication training, emergency drills and emergency supplies was conducted.
